    abstract

This paper proposes a theoretical framework for applying restorative justice, peace circles, and other conflict resolution methodologies to improve coordination in international space efforts. As space activities expand and involve multiple nations and private entities, conflicts over jurisdiction, resource sharing, and mission alignment have become more prominent. Restorative justice provides a foundation for addressing disputes through inclusive dialogue and collective responsibility, while peace circles offer a structured approach for fostering open communication and trust among stakeholders. This study posits that integrating these methodologies can enhance cooperative decision-making and mitigate conflicts in the emerging domain of space exploration. By focusing on theoretical models and the potential outcomes of such practices, this paper aims to establish groundwork for innovative, peaceful, and sustainable collaboration in space governance.
