    abstract

It is proposed to construct a Michelson and Moreley Configuration of two lasers connected to each other by means of a wire of several kilometers length. By placing the two lasers in a gravitational field? with the connectionwire stretched in the direction of the gradient of the field, the lasers will experience a difference in gravitational caused accelleration. The lasers are positioned in such a way that only one laser is affected by the Einsteinshift. In the common beam, interference will occur, resulting in light intensity fluctuations which will be recorded by a lightcell. Limitations and application possibilities of this experiment are further discussed.
