Data analytics based on big data greatly contribute to the exploration of the space and the sustainability of the Earth, which is part of infinity. Driven by human institutions desire for discovery and development, satellites and telescopes collect petabytes of data every day. The great size of collected Big Data found problems such as storage bottlenecks and high costs, limited communication abilities and fake correlations. Storing and processing of big data requires advanced computing methods and storage solutions. In this article, we discuss the positive impacts of the fantastic amount of data collected by systems of engineering, big data, and data science methods on the deep study of life in space and on Earth, and introduce innovative ways to use big data economically and efficiently. We have analyzed the costs and technologies used to process and store data collected by ground-based observatories, satellites, sensor networks and space telescopes (for example Jams Web, Hubble) and was identified that by applying the proposed approaches we can achieve more useful results with less cost. We also analyzed Real-time processing of the collected data, Data Fusion techniques and machine learning metros and presented an innovative solution "Data science on Mars" project. Our approaches will result in optimization of costs, increase of efficiency and more efficient execution of data-driven operations. Exploring space and applying what we learn for a sustainable world is the result of fantastic yet science-based ideas and in this article, we have introduced our ideas that are not only fantastical but also science-based.\Large \small
