    abstract

Humankind always dreamt of the perfect world with balanced economy, peaceful life and high life quality. Through the years, we fought for this aim and we're still on the way, but can we also reach this aim for our future cities in space arena? This study builds on earlier research if we can impelement Jacque Fresco's "Venus Project" to the space missions with 3x3 approach. Fresco's project contains resource-based, socioeconomic city model combining with technology and energy conservation strategies to actualize their idea of energy-efficient cities. But in our case we analize this project with 3×3 economic analysis model to improve sustainable space urban planning. The 3x3 vision and action framework consists of a matrix in which the subheadings interact with each other. The first part of the matrix consists of the Vision Framework. Under this heading, alternatives related to 3 Differences, 3 Themes and 3 Strategies can be considered. First of all, the main factors related to the region and distinguishing it from other regions are collected under 3 Differences. It explains why these differences are important and how they can contribute to the space region in question. As for the 3 topics, it contains the main headings determined on the basis of these differences. Based on these topics, 3 strategies are defined, which will be a means to implement the vision for the development of the sustainable space region. These strategies generally constitute development, transformation and integration strategies of our main project. The second part presents the Action Framework. There are 3 Sectors, 3 Programs and 3 Projects under this heading. Considered in this context, while the first part articulates the vision, the second part articulates how the vision will be operationalized and implemented in a sectoral sense, specific to the identified space programs and projects in nearly future. In terms of its purpose and philosophy, this analysis emphasizes the ecological diversity of the space region, economic opportunities in continuous development, participation and sharing of values, power and knowledge sharing across sectors, and integration to spread common sense and community development throughout the region.
